De asemenea, întreprinderea reprezintă colectivitatea de oameni organizată potrivit anumitor cerinţe juridice, economice şi tehnologice, care concepe şi desfăşoară un complex de procese de muncă, ce se concretizează în produse şi servicii destinate să satisfacă nevoile şi dorinţele consumatorilor, în condiţiile obţinerii unui venit net sau profit maxim.
