Recent institutional changes in the area of activity related to science will be done. Will be investigated the basic parameters structure of the scientific and technical domains, their dynamics; issues concerning training and retraining of top skill personnel; issues concerning certification and accreditation of scientific institutes. The legislative base of the science in Republic Moldova will be investigated to, as same as: the issues concerning the development of the science and techniques (as a factor of national security and steady development); mutual relation between government and scientific community.
